Better than anything we got. A young Mcdyce right?

Always been a fan of his.

This shows him as being a UFA with a player option

Him, JJ Hickson, or Marice Speights.

His agent said that he would opt out of his player option which would make him an UFA.

He signed for most of the MLE last year, and he probably won't get much more than it this season. If the Spurs stay over the cap (and don't trade for a power-forward with Bonner's contract), then he'd be way up on my list of targets. Even straight up, I like him more than Millsap.

Agreed. I've liked Landry since his Rocket days. He would finally give the Spurs another real PF.

(http://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine)No firm decision expected before tomorrow but all signs point to Carl Landry declining 2013-14 option w/Warriors to become free agent July 1

Liked his athleticism in past. Baseket Ball Reference similarity scores Gene Banks as most similar. For newbies, Gene Banks was former Spur and fan favorite back in the day.

He would be a good pick up to help the bench. But not worth more than 4-5 mil/year

solid player, but just opted out of 4 million meaning he wants more than that. not worth it

According to Landry, there are about six teams he believes will pursue his services and the Trail Blazers are expected to be one of them.
