Barring injuries, I think it will happen. It will probably take around 12 or 13 playoff games for Tim to get 9 double-doubles, so if the Spurs make the WCF it should happen. Even a 6-game loss in the second round following a 6-game win in the first round could work, though that would be a very disappointing outcome for other reasons.

Also, the big 3 have 101 playoff wins together, so 10 more breaks the record of 110 held by Magic, Kareem, and Cooper.

Spurs would at least have to get to the WCF to make that happen. Nothing is guaranteed in the west.

Popovitch will keep Duncan to 28 mins per game in the playoffs next season
he needs to be prepared for the grind of the 2015 reg season
