Whats the story behind this? I don't keep up with the draft or rookies out of college much. Im assuming this guy was a heavy favorite for the 1st overall pick and he wasnt picked by the Cavs...right?

He was considered the best defensive bigman prospect in a long time, and was a better shotblocker than Davis. Maybe the best defensive prospect since Mourning or Ewing. But his Kentucky team underachieved and he tore his ACL.
