These things tend to be really vague, and the longer that it is vague, the less likely it is to happen, in my experience.

Someone needs to man/woman up and set a date, so we can make plans with enough lead time to make it happen. I personally don't really have any particular limits, other than it being after 6pm. Dates are easy for me, since I live in the area.

The person setting the first proposed date should be the person with the most limited schedule, otherwise I would simply go for it. :D
