I'm not sure about it but according to what I heard from other people, the new CBA makes it very difficult to lure any big name to leave his original team for yours. teams did such shits quite often in the past years, like B-diddy to Clippers and Brand to Philly, but we haven't seen any blockbuster FA signing since the merger of Superfriends in 10, which happened before the new CBA was implemented
