Monta ain't a perfect player, he doesn't bother to play much defense but he has the ability to be the leading scorer on a playoff team, or the #2 scoring option on a title contender. He's basically the same caliber as Iggy but likely to join your team for less $. if he accepts a salary in the 9-10m/yr range then it would be a fabulous deal for the team that signs him imho.

Every guard looks rather bad playing in Milwaukee imho. Mo Williams looked like a chucker playing there but turned out to be a decent player after moving to cleveland. Milwaukee's system is a guard-oriented one where the guards (especially the starting SG and PG) have unlimited shooting right, so their backcourt players often end up with decent numbers but poor efficiency. even when they get an elite big (dirk) they will trade him away for nothing
