The other day I read a Usenet post from 1997 on the alt.spurs board talking about Tim Duncan's potential. The guy thought Tim Duncan was a bust and Shareef Abdur Rahim would have not only a better career, but a substantially better career.
Even at the time, that take was utterly retarded.
