Kawaii? Is that another island in the Pacific?

It's Kawhi. There's no excuse for not being able to get that right by now.

It's a shame the Spurs traded Paul George, he was an American too.

Tim Duncan?

Last time I checked he was from the U.S. Virgin Islands. You might note that "U.S." stands for "United States". Also known as an American territory.

Bonner was born and raised in New Hampshire I think. Hes just a naturalized Canadian for the Olympic experience but he really bleeds red, white and blue.

Bonner isn't Canadian. He was born is New Hampshire. Went to college in Florida, and was drafted by Chicago.

Exactly, but he just seems Canadian (whatever that means).

He became a Canadian citizen. Therefore, he is no longer American.

I thought Parker was a U.S. Citizen.

From what I know, Parker's dad IS/WAS American. His mom's Dutch iirc. Born in Belgium but raised in France. AND decided to get French citizenship. But since he's got American blood, so I guess he IS American in that regard.

It would be a blunder for the spurs to let Neal walk tbh, not only because he's American, but he's also probably the best player under-30 on this team

Spurs = Arsenal FC
Spurs = Manchester United minus a faggotry fanbase, with a decent fan base instead. Pop is the basketball version of Sir Alex Ferguson.

why does everyone keep bringing up bonner? the OP stated that we would be ridding ourselves of him.....acknowledging that bonner is american, but because he will not be on the team anymore, our # of americans will go down. he also included neal in the post. however, the OP did neglect to include duncan and green.

Ethnicity or nationality?

Regardless, we're short on people from the far east. I'm hoping for a good Mongolian player in the coming years.

As far as nationality, we need a player from an obscure European nation. Or maybe a war-torn one? Lets get someone from Kosovo.

Andrei Kirilenko would do. Hes from Izhevsk (Иже́вск) which is technically on the Asian side in the western Urals. However, hes spent most of his life either in European Russia or the states. He played two years in St. Petersburg and I think five seasons in Moscow.
