Phil ain't gonna coach a losing team to spoil his legend imho. Rockets will have a hard time finding the right replacement if McHale receives the blade because the best coaches wouldn't have much interest in coaching a rebellious coach killer, and the shitty ones wouldn't be any better than McHale
