Edit: Omer didn't ask for a trade, thanks to djohn2oo8 for clearing it up. ESPN trolling as usual.

Yeah. Not gonna trust that after that debacle that was Broussard, Adande and Shelburne. Stein looked pretty bad too.

Not saying he won't be traded. He didn't request one.

He's got that $15 million dollar balloon in '15.

& Media will not, I repeat WILL NOT carry this honky's (white man) water here. Before it's over? They'll have (us) well "you" guys up-in-arms that an NBA player is demanding a trade.

In the backwash of the Howard escape from LA this is bad. But, they tried for 24 hours to get him to shut up and he wouldn't.

Let us proceed...

If true, I can't blame him if he A) Wants to start or B) Wants to keep the same amount of minutes. It will be interesting to see how Dwight and Omer would work and how the relationship between Omer and the coaching staff will pan out. It would be sweet if we can facilitate a 3 way team where we trade DJ, get Houston another 4 and the Clippers get Omer in return. Pipe dream, but one can dream.

Chop/chop.

Huge contract but from what I read, only $8 mil counts towards the cap (CMIW), so for those cap conscious team needing a defensive big man rental, Omer can be an attractive option.

See, we're already "discussing" it. Otherwise (when it's the black thing) we don't discuss it. It's over. & that's just the way it is. But, this has to be handled with kid gloves. Him being white is strike 1. Dwight fleeing Los Angeles, in particular the door opposite the Clippers door Strike 2. That $15 million balloon next year is threatening to be the blast.

You're gonna pay him $15 million?

He will be traded for a power forward or packaged with Lin to get rid of that stupid contract. Whether or not he requests a trade, he knows he's disposable to Houstan and that he will have another shadow to live in - likely on the bench, with Howard.

I wouldn't, although Jordan makes $10.9 next year for doing nothing makes this a bargain. Considering how teams are still wasting money away under the new CBA, I won't be surprised if someone takes the bait :lol

Meanwhile, I hope he continues to take a fit.

It's fun watching Media run as fast as they can, doin' work for the Rockets.

It is quite enjoyable to see the likes of Broussard getting red in the face and bent over like a $15 San Antonio street walker on Cinco De Mayo when his sources bite him in the buttocks.

Lakers will have an amazing team next year. Chemistry will click. With , 24 and Gasol have 7. Rings between them and my one ring ...

Houston will be in the conference finals next year. Harden will probably be MVP.
Two of the top 5 centers will be on the same team. But!!!

Asik on the Rockets with the new guy is huge. I believe Asik can be top 5 center presence in the league.

Artest dropping truth bombs. Two of the top five centers in the league. I really don't want the Rockets to trade Asik unless they are getting top talent like lma or love back. So that would mean keeping Asik for at least this year. Asik would destroy a second unit. And at the end of games against Okc and the heat, you can put Asik and Howard in at the same time and clog shit up, taking all rebounds.

Asik and Howard on the floor together would be the worst offensive frontcourt in NBA history, tbh:lol..

Yeah, but they need to space the floor. Unless Asik can learn a jumper lol

It won't come close to being as bad offensively as the Reggie Evans-Jerome James frontcourt.

If asik could be had for a rather cheap price then I don't see why Donnie is still laying his ass in the couch rubbing his dick instead of proposing a trade for this guy. I know it's not easy to negotiate a business with the chinks, and Asik may be a bit overrated and overpaid but he's still a hardcore defensive big, thing that would be a nice escort to play alongside Dirk. Dalembert is our primary target but we also need a plan B should some other team sign him before we can.

You're kidding yourself if you think the Mavs have anything the Rockets want besides Dirk. :lmao I see the same bad predictions at dallas-mavs.com.

But we have the room to absorb some of your garbage contracts (like Rin's) and such things like financial lelief would mean a lot to a small-market team imho. Then we'll also sign Yi back and we will have 3 players voted into the starting 5 at the all-star weekend, with Dirk + Yi starting and DH as a backup.

GuerillaBlack

That's not enough for Asik. Morey can get much better deals than just cap relief lmao. Too much shit on that Mavs roster. No thanks. Continue pursuing broken Bynum.
