We need to build this guy up...since we got lemons we need to learn to make lemonade...we can even throw a pack of pink Koolaid in there to mix it up...now we need Pau to dig deep and find a one more ounce of vintage Pau..if he can do that along with Kobe coming back at 90% with some additional outside shooters we could be dangerous this season...resign Odom and have him play point forward, bring in Fisher....and sign Kamen and Kenyon for some hack fouls and we're set....don't look now but if he stays (no hyperbole) healthy Jordan Hill will give us more than what Dwight gave us last season..the guy can flat out play in the post...he's a beast tbh...I think everyone is sleeping on us...there will be some shocked faces next season and it won't be Laker fan....:toast

I don't believe he could survive Kobe beating on his ass for 3 more years in order to get 2 more rings, Amb.

Odom is finished, kaput, ruined, a broken heart in a broken man. Just go back and look at his numbers his last season with the Lakers. They will give you pause. Some day I'll forgive Kupchak this, but, I'll never forget it.

He's a very good rebounder with consistent 15 foot jumper. Serviceable player.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm starting to feel sorry for laker fans.

It's like that hot girl you used to know that got old and fat and is still trying to hang on to what she used to be. Pretty sad.

Def you are talking to someone that wished Jordan hill would have gotten it, but I agree with your statements.

Being a beast is being a double double threat anytime you walk on the court

Lakers will follow the Dallas path of last season imho, playing without their best player and digging a big gap before the all-star break, then their #1 will come back and make a serious push for the playoffs but will eventually fall short.

spread the floor with Dolphino, some other scrub who can shoot, Bryant dribbles Pau sets the picks, bench Nash.. Not bad, not bad

The problem is that your coach is D'Antoni, who can't defend with good big defenders, let alone a small team. Why don't NBA teams look into European coaches? Like Duda or Obradovic, they can set up good D's and are AS good offensively as D'antoni

Lakers had pushed Pau back to 3rd fiddle the past 3 seasons after he carried them to b2b titles. They pushed Bynum ahead of him in the pecking order, then brought in Dwight. Now after the begging and the rejection they've turned back to Pau. Not sure he has it in him to carry the load again.
