No Parker? Obviously Pop cost the Spurs game 6, but Parker only showed up for game 1.

Has to be Manu and all of his game 6 turnovers.

Even d'Antoni would have the foresight of having Tim Duncan on the the floor for a game clinching rebound.

At least Manu didn't miss BOTH free throws, someone who missed BOTH freethrows in the crunch time of a crucial game should be a bigger chocker than any name you mentioned in the poll imho.

All were massive chokes, but honestly Hedo '04 was one of the biggest chokes I've ever seen.

If this were going off a one-game basis, then it would probably be Manu's game 6.

Too bad Dantoni would never be near a finals series though nor did he ever beat the SPURS! If he was against the Spurs the shots would have clanked just from him being D ANTONI!!!!!!!!!

It's probably Ginobili, tbh. The guy has had some dominant playoff games in the past but he's well past that and continues to get a lot of run based on that. He had one good game in this year's Finals and then promptly became Miami's MVP at the end of Game 6.

Still think this year is 100% on Pop. He had the stake in LeBron's heart and just had to wait for him to die.

Manu's regular season stats: 11.8 ppg, 4.6 assists, 3.4 rbds, 1.3 stls, 0.2 blks, 2.2 tos.
Manu's playoffs stats: 11.5 ppg, 5 assists, 3.7 rbds, 1.1 stls, 0.3 blks, 2.6 tos.

A choker is someone who drastically drops his level on high pressure situations, Manu pretty much stayed on par all season long so he doesn't qualify as a choker. A good example of choking would be something like getting the regular season MVP and losing to an 8th seed while exponentially playing below the level you played during the regular season, imho. Of course that's a pretty extreme example, you can choke to lesser extents, I only came up with such a drastic example of choking just for you to have an idea of what I would really consider choking, tbh.

Anyone still blaming people other than manu is fucking retarded. 8 turnovers in which 12 points were scores off. Game was over without that kunt

game 6 and 7 was the biggest horseshit coaching from pop out through his whole career
ginoboli choking like a bitch in game 6 still getting minutes all game
green fkn 1-10 in game 7 still in the game hoping he gets going, dude loggged alot of minutes for bricking a new house in miami
parker hero mode when fmvp aspirations with the 10 consecutive possession shots....

But it's hilarious how many fuck ups Manu is involved in and the old fart still trust him blindly over Tim and TP in crunch time...

He pulled a Westbrook vs Golden State with a stupid 3 and almost cost the game...

Not to talk about his stupid fouls on Tony Allen at the end of two different games that sent them to overtime...

Or his entire game 6 but especially the clutch TO at the end...

And that's this year alone...

but hey good news, we just re-signed him with another legacy/loyalty contract.

if Ginobili was some long haired white dude, didn't speak Spanish, he would've gotten so much more shit for his fuckups. He certainly wouldn't be as popular nor able to use that as leverage.

btw I voted Manu above. Pop deserves his share of blame, especially for not reigning in Heroball or Ginobili at times, but I don't think we get to this point without Pop, so I cut him some slack. Manu had a really shitty season overall and was making $14 million this year.

Manu would not have had those 8 TO's in Game 6 had Pop not elected to leave him on the court. Monumental failure on Pop's part by being to loyal to a rapidly declining player both mentally and physically.

Also, shouldn't Manu 2006 be listed on the poll?
