You missed my point. The point I am making is that Dirk was thought to be so soft he cold not lead a team to a title. Sure, he needed Tyson and Kidd to provide toughness and leadership. But he led a team to a title. Maybe Doc, Paul and even Barnes can provide that for him. Just saying it's not too late for him to turn around the perception. If you watch first take today they went on for like 15 minutes on the perception of Blake, going back to college.
