A 14 year old would have trouble supporting a child financially. But with families helping, it's possible. And there are many 28 year olds equally unable to support a child financially. When I was 15 my mom's 35 year old best friend threw the moves on me when my parents were gone one time.

All I could do was sit there, frozen, kind of like the scene in Back to The Future I where Marty has to take his mom to the school dance and she's trying to hook up with him in the parking lot.
