Serious question, how does the Clippers stack up against Miami if they meet in the Finals this year?

It's hard to say. You obviously have to see which team is healthy during May or June of next season assuming Clippers are as good as we assume they are. Doc Rivers made them for real, Sterling stole the Buss mojo for now.

I say no chance tbh. Unless Blake suddenly develops a consistent, reliable post game.

Nobody's beating the Heat as long as the Kang's dominating, but I think the Clippers would at least give them a tougher series than, say, RefKC did....

Can the Clippers get out of the 1st round is the correct question tbh......

That would be a truly conflicting series for Flop City Faggot, he loves slurping Lebron's dick and the flop city bandwagon.

Paul will probably do better vs the trap then Parker
the perimeter defense will be better then the Spurs also
the rim defense will be weak and im not sure how the 3 point shooting will be
but it looks to be elite with the roster they have
i think it would go 6 with either team winning

I think a good coach (Rivers) will make a huge difference on this team, and the team will finally live up to the expectation as a top 3 in the west imho. 13-14 will turn out to be a lead-forward season for the Clippers and the LA powershift will be completed this exact season as well. Heat are still the team to beat in the league, the Clippers will have a chance but the chance won't be any bigger than the Spurs had during the 13' finals imho

Trick question, neither team will make the Finals. In a reg season meeting, Miami rapes.

The clippers wouldn't even be able to beat the spurs.

Get out of the first round first..

No. You have but one player who can create his own shot and that player is a loser. No.

But, that ain't your aim, nor your goal anywho. Your goal, your singular aim is to shove us down and own the town.

Chop/chop.

With the addition of a motivational speaker as head coach, they will be very competitive during the season where talent coasts a team to the playoffs.

Prolly not unless Blake takes the jump to superstardom and they develop an elite system for their role players to thrive in.

You think a team that is known to shrink when the spotlight comes on will win more than 1 game against a Heat team that would probably defend CP3 very well?

I actually think yall would get swept. As a matter of fact, like everyone else has said, I don't see how yall will get past the Spurs so it's all moot partner.

Hold on a sec. I know most of y'all are trolling :lol but seriously, the West is wide open this year and I don't see any team out there being better than the Clippers.

Spurs, older, Duncan will not duplicate his last season success.
GSW, solid, losing JJ who was huge for them btw will hurt. I love their potential though but not yet.
Memphis- Zbo :lol
Rockets- Pretty good team, but I'm iffy with their chemistry. It will take another year before they really start playing into each others strength and work on their own weaknesses.
OKC, weaker this year. yeah, i'm sure Lamb will fill in just fine. Presti. :lol

Out of all these teams, the Clippers has the deepest bench and the best player (when healthy). Doc is an upgrade and we now have a lethal shooter in place. I'm expecting huge strides from Blake Griffin next season. All these things combined are what makes them deadlier next year, I can go with useless analysis but the long short of it is that. 60 win season is on order.

No other team in History (modern) has won a 3 Peat in 4 straight Finals appearances. I believe complacency and the fatigue of going deep in the post season will be Miami's only weakness next year. I'm liking our chances now.

I can understand the complacency and fatigue take but how exactly will the Clippers beat Miami? Do they have matchups that can exploit Miami's current weaknesses? You don't think Lebron will shut CP3 down when he gets the assignment?

You know what, tbh, other than the complacency and fatigue take, I don't have anything :lol. That's just the damn truth, Miami is too freaking good with Lebron, the league tbh are just banking on an injury or Miami taking a year off. :lol

:lol at the Clippers. What 2nd star player do they have? Blake Griffin will be worthless late in games in the postseason. The other moves they made were for role players, big fucking deal. Doc Rivers, who gets praised as a great coach thanks to Thibs, isn't going to change these fatal flaws.

What the fuck are you talking about? If the clippers meet the spurs again it's another sweep and while Zbo underperformed against the spurs, he still bullied and completely dominated Griffin.

Every season clipperfan brags about their deep bench and they're always a non-factor come playoff time. If KG joined the clippers, you could have a solid shot at the Finals imo. As currently constructed, it's a 2nd round ceiling.

You gotta be seriously delusional if you think you can go from a 2nd round sweep and a 1st round backdoor sweep to the Finals just because the clippers acquired a couple of shooters and Doc Rivers.

try not to be a homer to your own team. Durant > CP3 any day of the year.
