Yes, the begging was quite satisfying but you know at least in the case of Nash the Laker FO told him to do that shit. Nash graciously accepted losing with the Suns for years to be in a situation he was comfortable in until he was basically forced out of there. Meh. Howard deserves to be clowned upon but as far as humor goes it barely got a chuckle. The first joke was ok, but nothing special. The "highlight reel but we don't have any highlights" gag is already pretty well worn and was executed poorly on top of that. It works better if you actually go to the video tape and let that show how few highlights there were. Keep it super short, maybe even keep it from showing anything that actually happened in the course of play, set it to music so that your audience gets an auditory tweak as well as visual from the sudden halt a few seconds into it. I picture something that's maybe 3 or 4 seconds long. A sequence showing Howard hugging someone like Lebron pregame, then one of him helping a teammate off the floor, hitting a single free throw, heading to the bench, and a final slow motion spot of Howard flexing or otherwise goofing off during a time when the Lakers were down double digits (with the score visible on the screen somehow). All set to the Superman theme, which would barely through the first few notes of its sluggish opening.
