kaman
gasol
nick young
kobe
nash

Farmar/Jordan Hill/Wes johnson/meeks

blake will be traded for who or what we dont know but he has value since he's expiring and can back up for a team thirsty for a veteran pg presence

this team will run and run and run, they're not going to play defense but they're going to be fun to watch. i can see 2007 phoenix suns reincarnated with this lineup. they got the shooters in place, they have two lethal scorers in nick and kobe and they have big guys that can play in the post and pop a jumper if needed and they have a hustle player in jordan hill and wes johnson. im starting to see their blueprint and eventhough they ain't going to WCF, they're a solid 4-6 seed with a 2nd round playoff picture ahead of them.

if they beat the spurs, rockets or clippers in the playoffs next year, it will be a pretty successful season for them.

If Lakers are going to be a dark horse, them Mavs will only be a darker horse imho. we missed the playoffs last season and the 13-14 season will be Lakers' turn, and a bouncing-back year for us.

Lakers win around 40-45 games realistically, 50 if Nash,Pau and Kirby are all healthy and play at all-star level, tbh.

It's funny because I think your balls on accurate..it will be a complete role reversal of last yr...with all the big names and high expectations and we flammed out...this yr people are automatically counting us out when we're quietly (realistically) a championship contending team. I think a lot of people will get theie feelings hurt next yr and will be totally shocked at this Laker squad...

Yup. If Kobe can't ring with this he's out of the top 20.

You'll have stopped posting here by mid season when they go below .500 for good.

......if Kobe decides to sit the season out ala 2013 Rose, then Lakers are most likely a playoff team, possibly a 2nd round team. Imagine Nash feeding it to either Pau or Kaman on the post. I bet both would average 15-20ppg/10+rpg with Nash again distributing 10 apg.

But per Jim Buss, with the way he's been attacking his rehab, Kobe will be back right before the season starts. So basically, that's what will most likely transpire for the Lakers next season.

Please, you've had the gumption to keep posting (albeit after a brief absence) after 6.

As long as mine enemies are shinin' shoes with me next June like last month, I'm jiggy.
