Moratorium On Signing Free Agents Pushed Back?

St. Paul Pioneer Press - The St. Paul Pioneer Press is reporting that the moratorium on signing free agents probably will be pushed back from Friday to Aug. 1. An official announcement could come soon. The new collective bargaining agreement has not been ratified, causing the delay.

If you look around the forum, we've been talking about the possibility of it being postponed. It's not confirmed yet that it will be pushbacked, but it might.
