an interview concerning my goddess and the upcoming Marvel film Captain America: the winter soldier

It ain’t easy being the Black Widow sometimes.
Or, more specifically, it ain’t easy fitting into the Black Widow’s skin-tight suit pretty much all the time!
“It’s not that easy to wear the Black Widow outfit, let’s be honest. You can wear the Captain outfit,” Captain America: The Winter Soldier star Chris Evans told E! News at Comic-Con on Saturday.
“He’s tried it on, he can tell you firsthand,” Scarlett Johansson chimed in, razzing her frequent Marvel Universe costar.
“But I don’t know, it just didn’t look as good,” Evans admitted, shrugging good-naturedly.
The hunky star also agreed that he can sympathize with ScarJo’s pain when it comes to sacrificing certain things in order to make weight for those unforgiving superhero getups. Asked what the one thing is that they reach for when the training is done and the suits come off, Johanssen paused for a second.
“Hmm, I don’t know…Just the buffalo sauce!” she offered.
“Just carbs, carbs,” Evans added. “Gluten!”
Overall, however, the experience has obviously been worth it, not least because of the legions of new fans the actors have gained by playing such iconic characters—the love for whom is fully on display at places like Comic-Con. “It’s great, it’s so exciting,” Johansson said. “I never expect that kind of reaction in my life in general, so I’m always thrilled. It’s always a nice surprise, right?”
“It’s a reward,” Evans agreed. “These are the fans that make these movies happen. Without these fans, these movies don’t exist. So giving them a treat, giving them something to look forward to, it’s rewarding.”
And judging by what was revealed at Marvel’s big presentation in Hall H, including footage featuring a first look at Robert Redford as a member of S.H.I.E.L.D., the fans are in for quite a treat.

Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige said that the Captain America sequel would be shared by Johansson and Evans “in a big way” and Joe Russo, who codirected the film with brother Anthony Russo, told Huffington Post: “There’s a very strong connection in the narrative between the events of the end of Avengers that drive this film—and there’s a very strong hand off to Avengers 2 at the end of this movie.”
