Time for a confession. I have never eaten Thai food. To change that, I am going to order some carry out. What are about two or three dishes that go well together? Don't come up with some faggy answer that they don't serve in the USA, reckoning.

any flavor rice you wanna cook, just substitute the water thats use to cook the rice with ur choice of liquid flavor,
i know thais use coconut pulp juice to cook rice

Pineapple fried rice does not sound good, though.

Southern -style chicken with sticky rice, som tam. Forgot the Thai name for this, this was muslim food. Interesting preparation, first with the rotisserie and then finished off in claypot roaster thingee. Some of the best chicken I've ever had.
