I was wondering if the 99 Championship video came in DVD form or was it just a VHS thing? I've only seen the 99 video once and it was on VHS, but did it also come out on DVD?

If this is the wrong place to post it then feel free to move it.

I have never seen it on DVD. I believe that it only came on VHS format, the dominant video format of that time. I picked one up on eBay back in '03.

I believe it was only released on VHS.

But it is on the 25 years of Champions DVD the NBA put out. Its a set that has all the championship videos on it up to the Pistons last year.

I havent seen it either, I guess with slow internet back then; and probably didnt have alot of money at the time.

Secondly I dont even remember seeing any advertisements for the championship video, so that was another factor, I am going to buy it online soon

You can convert VHS tapes into a DVD if you have a converter. My step-dad wants to buy one so he can convert all his VHS tapes into DVD cds.

Just get a Dazzle or something to take it to your computer.

That way, you can downsample some stuff you don't want or need at higher quality and put more bitrate into the stuff you do want.

Or just stick it in the VCR on one side, press play....then with a blank DVD-R in the slot on the other side, press record.
