There are some extremely subtle, but absolutely terrifying glimpses in Brian De Palma's "Dressed to Kill" from '80. The movie is slick & thick and that is a drawback, but, it's serviceable and I recommend it. Just watch for Michael Caine, because he lurks and it's frightening.

Its got Vera Farmiga, that bitch is so fine. That aside, its one of the first times ive seen a horror movie get an 8.0 on imdb tbh, it must be legit.
