Even after what'll essentially be 4 years, he'll still have more skill than Joel Anthony tbh

Calling right now -- Oden will have more of an impact for the Heat than Coward had for the Fakers.

Only trumped by Duncan who had the most impact for the Heat.

Good for the Heat. They desperately needed a big. You can't fault a player for simply wanting to win.

:lol

Oden is just making shit up now. None of those teams were going to play him much...especially SA where he'd be the third center.

He wanted his own little Howard moment and he got it.

Wonder if he blew out his knee signing the contract.

God, now Thunderup shitting on WM. That clearly deserves a bolding, but only in brown to represent the shitfest. Now let us proceed.

Not a bad signing for Miami imho. Anything 6'10 taller and 250lbs stronger should be regarded as a good addition to their roster knowing how thin their paint is. Bosh & birdman both are quality bigs but they would have a hard time dealing with super-heavy cruisers like Z-bo. They would still beat Memphis but the series would've gone just as tough as the Spurs-Heat series went, despite that they were broomed by the spurs in WCF.

He signed for the minimum, so it's not even a risky signing. He'll make about the same money as Miles Plumlee, and less than Jeff Pendergraph.

Fuck!!! I would have preferred him going to NO if he didn't really consider SA. It is expected that he won't be playing significant minutes early in the season. Heck, he may not even play the 1st game. But if he could be healthy and be in good, playing shape heading into the playoffs, then the Heat are in great position to go for a 3-peat. With Oden, Heat would be able to match-up well against teams with good frontcourt, especially Indiana.

Here's to hoping Miami plays him in season's opener and those glasses break.:toast

:lol Nice low risk move. I still expect him to make zero impact and be a cheerleader in a suit when Miami 3-peats next June.

No, it takes a whole complex process to break my nut. I settled for coming in here and hunting down DMC. Then I took his pants down and relieved him of his cookie.

I'm certainly all in favor of it. Anything to keep the Spurs at bay.

& Kool called it, & he was right, the Spurs loss is better than a Laker's win this time. Sure, if we rang they wouldn't ring at default, but, Kool called the ball there. & the way they lost:::every member of the core had a hand in it, with the center of the core finally ending it once and for all with the missed layups.

I felt so old before 6 like you know 65. Now? I feel like 55, maybe even younger. Sure, I still can't cut the mustard, but, I'm thinking about asking Girl if I can lick the jar, I'm that energized. All because my Luva's Jim Dunan fled the side door and the Spurs lost the 2013 NBA Finals.

All my love,

- Dale

so you're telling me you feel re-energized and reinvigorated in life because of 6?

Let's say the spurs won 2014 finals, just pretend, what would you do then?

I'd come in here and experience the revelation. I'd cite ya at 5-5 and if you went thru us to get there I'd cede you advantage and have Katie alter Duncan's shit bag to fit Kobe.
