Hey guys..was thinking of getting one. Anyone have one? Wondering how maintenance works...do I need a water line for it? Simple electrical plug?

Was thinking just a 4 seater.

Thanks!

My house came with mine...so I can't tell you much about initial cost. I can tell you maintenance is easy though and it's not expensive from an electricity standpoint, even if you leave it on all the time and allow it to cycle by itself. You don't need a water line. I just refill mine with the hose. Mine is wired into a light switch that controls the main power when I turn it off for refilling.

no water line. just a level, stable area preferably a slab, a 220V 50amp circuit, and some basic chemicals and test kits. You just fill it with a hose.

Just did one at my daughters house. There are deals out there if you don't mind playing contractor and buying the tub direct yourself and doing or subbing the slab and electrical. I saved about 4 grand over what the fancy spa places wanted for a similar setup. This was for a six person with like 85 jets and 2 5hp pumps.
