Gotta be a real sicko to become and STAY a cop or prison guard.

================

"Gloves were not changed between anal and vaginal probes, nor were they changed between women.

What amazes me about this story, is not only is this an illegal, sexually-violating police search, but it happened on a public road, for anyone driving by to see. These two women were pulled over, for allegedly throwing a cigarette out of the car window. They were given full body internal searches.

Gloves were not changed between anal and vaginal probes, nor were they changed between women.

Under Texas law, this is considered sexual assaults/rape.

Texas Penal Code Sec. 22.011. SEXUAL ASSAULT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) intentionally or knowingly: (A) causes the penetration of the anus or sexual organ of another person by any means, without that person's consent;

And after all of that - no ticket was issued. The incident happened last December and the women are now filing suit."

taxpayer proxies violated these women and taxpayers will pay for the cops defenses and probable compensation for the ladies. the cops will probably stay on the job, to rape again.

Road side body cavity searches for a routine traffic stop? Where is the outrage?
What kind of perverse third world country is Texas that they allow their troopers to molest motorists? :dizzy

They don't. The troopers were villified and fired.

they'll be back, and the police culture that created their actions is untouched, the police culture, the Blue Wall, that only suspends them, not fires them.

DALLAS (AP) -- Two women subjected to body cavity searches along a highway have settled their civil rights lawsuit against the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The Dallas Morning News reports the $185,000 settlement was finalized Tuesday. A DPS statement Wednesday says an agreement was reached by all parties and the litigation has been settled.

Last July’s search of 38-year-old Angel Dobbs and her 24-year-old niece, Ashley Dobbs, by a female trooper was captured by patrol car video. Trooper Kelly Helleson allegedly used the same glove for both body searches. No drugs were found.

Helleson, who was later fired, faces two counts of sexual assault and two counts of official oppression.

Trooper David Farrell, who made the Irving traffic stop, was charged with theft by a public servant. He remains suspended.

This week the Texas House of Representatives unanimously approved (http://www.journals.house.state.tx.us/hjrnl/84r/pdf/84RDAY58FINAL.PDF#page=14) a bill that requires police to obtain search warrants before probing the anuses or vaginas of drivers or passengers during traffic stops. How often does that sort of thing happen in Texas? More often than you might think.http://reason.com/blog/2015/04/30/texas-legislators-vote-to-ban-roadside-s

The female officer who performed the invasive search, which included inserting a finger into the women's vaginas, is accused of using the same pair of gloves to search both women. The entire 40-minute traffic stop was caught on the trooper's dashboard camera.
