Now dats what I'm talkin about. Gay music but I like the concept. All these faggots with Internet connections wasting oxygen get made to look even dumber by goods like this. What's funny is it'll never catch on :lol

LOL I doubt those kids are homeless; they're probably out begging for change for their pimp like you see all the time in Mexico tbh. If they were really homeless they'd be dead by now.

Still, anyone wanna go with me down to Cherry Street or New Braunfels Ave to video me giving out bottles of Mad Dog to post as a video response?

Fucking vagrants...
After getting on shift today we pulled up to one of those hotdog stands across the street from the hospitals. While we're eating, this homeless woman knocks on my window and starts complaining (in Spanish, so my driver had to translate) that the exhaust from the ambulance was making it too hot where she was sleeping--on the FUCKING sidewalk in the hot Florida sun. The nerve of that old, useless, hag. Just rolled up the windows, kicked it into high-idle, and enjoyed my meal.
With any luck, she might wake up in a hyperbaric chamber tonight. I did my part, do yours.

Sounds like Miami PD is really lacking when it comes to hobo containment :lol, that shit would never happen in Phoenix and from what I can tell so far Dallas for that matter.

They do a decent job in most parts, but slack in this area b/c even though UM Hospital System is here, the po' folks hospital (Jackson Memorial) is right next door and it's always inundated with gutter trash.

How do they contain the hobos in Phoenix? The hobos around Chattanooga are starting to get bold. And I think they're multiplying. Do you just report those niggas every time you see them?

You don't even have to report them, PPD is just on the lookout for them and contains them to bad areas. Anytime one of them creeps up and goes too far North, it's only a matter of time before he gets snatched up and brought back down to South Phoenix :lol
Tucson OTOH is horrible. The homeless people there are brazen as hell because Tucson is too liberal, and not the kind of liberal I am. The kind of liberal that likes artsy fartsy bullshit and likes to stand in a circle and sing koombaya while never actually being productive.
:lol
Chattanooga is trying to show how "progressive" it is by opening a soup kitchen in the middle of downtown and letting the hobos hang out in the park. I refuse to vote for a mayor who lets hobos play soccer in front of the courthouse with a volleyball.

Tucson shows how "progressive" it is by letting homeless people invade and loiter at every park near UofA. Ironically, these homeless people are nearly all racist drunken white trash types, so the minorities "progressive" Tucson claims to love sooooooooooooo much can't use the parks w/o having racial slurs shouted at them.
That's Funked Up

Downtown San Antonio is fucked. After they opened the Haven For Hopeless it just concentrated the shitheads downtown. They kick their lazy asses out every morning where they just flood the downtown area mooching and being generally degenerate.

How is it that EVERY homeless person has their own shopping cart? Every single bum in Overtown and Liberty City has one...it's amazing.

I hate the way the homeless took over Santa Monica. I remember one time I was eating a dungeness crab at a place on the pier and some dude the next table over was having some shrimp and got up to use the bathroom. Fucking homeless guy walked right up to his plate and was about to start eating off it. So I got up and yelled in his face to chase him off and everyone in the place looked at me like I was wrong. But what I really hate is that beautiful park right there above the PCH in Santa Monica that is filled with homeless. You see it in all sorts of tv shows, movies, and commercials because it has a great view of the Pacific Ocean but if you go there in real life and walk that sidewalk you'll get hit up for money every fucking fifth step. I mean someone call Bateman in or some shit.
And then it's even worse in Hollywood. I have a friend almost killed by a schizo homeless fuck who smacked him in the forehead with a pipe on the red line near Hollywood; caught it out of the corner of his eye and and got a hand up, but it broke his bones in his hand and he needed lots of expensive plastic surgery on his forehead. Knocked out cold but luckily not killed.

There is a crazy homeless woman that lives under the I-35 bridge by my office that is a hoarder. She just wanders around picking up junk in her carts. I don't know where she steals her carts but they are losing a ton of money. She will build up 6 or 8 full carts and the city will send a trash truck with a clam shell bucket...they will pick up the full carts and haul them off to the dump. She just stands and watches them and then goes and gets a cart and starts over. I've seen this happen dozens of times over the years.

Some homeless asshole took a diarrhea shit right in front of my office door last week.
Who wants to see toothless smiles from homeless beggars? I'd like to see them gathered up and dropped offshore about 100 miles. If one makes it back, he's a good swimmer.

I'd like to see them out in the country somewhere. Dormitories and organic gardens they have to work in to help pay for their keep.

This country needs better mental health care.
This country needs better mental health care.
If you were attractive and there was even a slight risk of a hobo wanting to rape you, you'd probably have a slightly different opinion.
I'm not sure what the percentages are for hobos who are lazy vs. those who are "mentally incapable." But the lazy ones are ruining it for the people who truly need help.

My personal safety has nothing to do with my statement. It wasn't intended as a judgment or an apology. There's actually a pretty big and pretty well known correlation between the rise in homelessness and the decline in affordable mental health care. The people who truly need help, as you put it, typically seek it out. The people you dismiss as lazy, however, are frequently incapable of navigating those systems and should be receiving treatment instead.

And what of the able-bodied, able-minded people who simply don't feel like doing anything? What kind of treatment do you suggest for them? Or does that category of the homeless not exist as far as you're concerned?

Not sure why you're looking for an argument when there isn't one there. There was nothing in my initial seven-word comment that suggested a bleeding heart sensitivity to the plight of the homeless.

California has the worst homeless problem I've ever seen, particularly SF and LA. DC and Atlanta would be next on my list. Also heard that Vegas is appalling.
Problem in Cali, IIRC, partially stems from the state kicking a whole shitload of mental health patients out of institutions some years ago due to budget issues.
