Im not going to claim to be from the best neighborhood myself, but buckhead is a special type of ghetto. A league of its own sort of speak. I can't imagine that school being in that neighborhood tbh. They should have invested that money in better teachers or better books or something.

The highschool I attended was worth at least 200m at that time, and its value can only be bigger in today's market given the high inflation rate the past many years. No meaning how great it looks but its brand alone is worth 200m imho, like everyone in our city admires that school and regards it as the best within our metro. It was on TV and after watching it for 5 minutes I realized I was in for 90 minutes of hilarious unintentional comedy. It didn't disappoint.
