first of all, you didn't ask a question, you made a retarded statement. secondly, I've already responded to that. your rapist has said a hundred times he modeled his game after MJ so without the GOAT to base his play/moves off of he wouldn't be shit.

tbh you should be trying to compare Kobe to LeBron while you still have time before it becomes apparent to everyone that LeBron is the superior basketball player, Kobe isn't even on Jordan's level.

Arnold Toht
08-13-2013, 10:52 AM
Kobe 5>LeBron 2

:lol. In a few years we'll have a championship squad again, the final ring count will be

Kobe 7-Duncan 4 + 6
Kobe 7-Jordan 6
Kobe 7-Shaq 4

Leetonidas
08-13-2013, 10:54 AM
kobe is done winning titles, accept it. 7 is a fucking pipedream :lmao

and LeBron's only 28, in his prime, and still going. Kobe is old as fuck, one the decline, and coming off of a severe injury and still eats up more than half of his team's cap space. good look winning a title with Luol Deng or Danny Granger faggot :lol

What's really hilarious, is that Kobe is about to be 35, and you think "in a few years" you'll have a championship squad again, so let's say that's 3 years and Kobe will be 38 :lmao and now he's going to win two more titles and still be winning when he is 40 :lmao :lmao :lmao holy shit you're retarded

There's no legitimate argument for the comparison tbh. If there was we'd see more Lakerfan calling Kobe over MJ but until a player can lead a team to two 3peats and dominate the league like MJ did without significant help (meaning he captures other accolades along the way for scoring, defense and such), there will never be a real player comparison between MJ and anyone. Lebron has the chance, but he might have hurt that by going to Miami. I doubt he gives a shit. Some Lakerfans know this which is why they hate Lebron so much. They know Lebron is the air apparent that Kobe couldn't be regardless how the media tried to make it so. Shaq was both the giver and the taker in that circus, since he gave Kobe a 3peat and took the Finals MVPs that Kobe so desperately needed in order to stay on the path. No 2nd string is going to be GOAT. It's not even debatable.

DMC

If Scotty Pippen grabbed a couple Finals MVPs after playing with MJ, he'd still not be the GOAT.

:lol neither of those guys can put up 25/5/5 consistently for 18 years

If Kobe came before MJ he wouldn't play the same way, are you going to deny that he borrowed a lot of MJ? And also he got a lot from Hakeem that MJ himself learned from, the dreamshake, the footwork in the post, Kirby didn't invent those things himself. He saw and he emulated them. He goes to Hakeem every now and then to improve his post game, a year ago he added Dirk's fadeaway to his arsenal.

the reason Kobe's the GOAT is because of his longevity. he'll still be putting up 25/5/5 in his 20th season while MJ couldn't do shit by his 15th

:lol monkeyballer james will be putting up 15/8/5 by the time he reaches Kobe's mileage

Why must "Laker fans" even attempt to argue Kobe as GOAT? :bang With their similar styles, it's just too easy to see that MJ was a cut above whether you look at stats or just from having watched both play. Second greatest SG of all time is nothing to be sneezed at.

Sure, I get that Laker fans want their guy to be the best but why not argue for Magic or Kareem instead? At least there you have a contrast in styles, etc that creates a good case of debate.

And Kobe is near the end of his career and the desperate reaching for accolades is pitiful. It's like the college team getting that one guy 140 or so points in one game through gimmicky play.
