Also like broccoli and rice a roni with cheese on top too, but rice takes a little time.

Need some more ideas/recipes, please list. Meals under 10 minutes with mostly fresh ingredients please

Running late for work & need something quick for breakfast…

Grilled cheese…Whole wheat bread, sharp cheddar, light sprinkle of garlic powder…

Angel hair pasta and pesto…

Eggs, potato, green onions cooked in cast iron skillet…Wrap in an extra large flower tortilla…
(I always keep a baked potato & chopped onions in the refrigerator)…

pulled pork sandwich on a burger bun. I will smoke 30 or 40 pounds at a time when shoulders go on sale and shrink wrap in usable portion sizes. Nuke the pulled pork while skillet toasting the bun.

Pasta would be the quick answer, because you can always make something good out of whatever you have in the kitchen.

One variation I go to a lot, because it's rare I don't have all of these ingredients at the ready, is a small-ish pasta (mostaccioli, campanelle, orecchiette, penne rigate, or something similar) with good olive oil, black olives, fresh basil, fresh parmesan, avocado, sugar snap peas, and a drizzle of lemon juice. If I happen to have a bit of leftover Italian sausage, I'll slice it and throw that in, too. Pine nuts also work, but I don't always have them. Benefit, though, is that you're not making a sauce and all the ingredients can be prepared while you're boiling the pasta.

Also when in a hurry, I'm of the opinion that almost anything in the kitchen can be turned into an omelette and/or a quesadilla.

Pre-cooked fajita meat ftw. Pick you up some high quality tortillas and some of those individual guacamole packs(Wholly Guacamole Spicy kicks ass) and you are set. Nuke the meat, drop it on a tortilla, squeeze on the guac. Probably takes five minutes.

7 grain bread, spicy mustard, pastrami, sourkraut, havarti cheese, splash bread with olive oil and hit the pannini press for about 2 minutes.

I realize some of you city slicker phaggots can only get your meals at the drive through window but I'm not the only one in here that BBQ's. It's simple to throw a couple of pork shoulders on at the same time you are cooking a brisket for weekend dinner.
