I had possibly my best grilling experience ever.

Started out with Brats made with some sort of heavenly glaze. After that I killed time with a couple of burgers. Then on to the heart of the order...bacon wrapped poblano peppers stuffed with ham and cream cheese followed by chicken covered with a mango/poblano/rosemary puree. Finished off with meal with grilled apples glazed with cinnamon and brown sugar. He glazed the apples and wrapped them in foil and let them grill while we ate then when he took them off...holy shit...it was like mouthgasm. Never had apples made like that before...incredible.
