South Park

Workaholics
Modern Family

used to watch:
King of the Hill
Futurama
The Simpsons till around 03

I've never seen a laugh track/live audience sitcom that I didn't roll my eyes to every other fucking line EXCEPT for Everybody Loves Raymond. That was the one show that wasn't animated that I actually enjoyed watching with my parents growing up

Sheen made the show.

Charlie Sheen IS Charlie; he was basically playing himself

The other thing that made the show shitty was when the kid grew up; he wasnt funny anymore

And they have also overplayed the "Alan is a loser" angle

Bertha should have her own show, though.

Here's what he would do in like season 5.

enter into shot

ask someone to drive

leave

10 minutes later

enter into shot

ask someone to pull car out of garage

leave

rinse and fucking repeat for the rest of the show.

A part of me died when Scrubs ended. I dont count that last season at the school. To me the show ended when JD walked down the hall and saw all of those patients thoughout the series.

This is one of those shows that you have to watch from the beginning to really enjoy because there are so many little inside jokes as the seasons move along that you wont get.

I watched half of the first Med school episode and turned it off. I refused to let it ruin the real way the show ended.

It's not that "expensive." A 1 bedroom that requires the old man to live in a half basement. His wife works too, in a prestigious law firm.

This sitcom took off once Stiller was permitted to ad lib his role. Toward the end of the run the husband & wife actors got lazy, as did the production team, but, Stiller never deviated.
