Drone Recording Virginia Bull Run Crashes Into Crowd (VIDEO)

Add this incident to the controversy surrounding drones.

A drone recording a bull run in Virginia crashed into the crowd (http://wtvr.com/2013/08/24/watch-drone-crashes-into-crowd-at-great-bull-run/) over the weekend, and reportedly injured four or five people.

The Washington Post said (http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/drone-crashes-into-virginia-bull-run-crowd/2013/08/26/424e0b9e-0e00-11e3-85b6-d27422650fd5_story.html?) that they were treated for minor injuries at the event, according to the local sheriff's office, and were not taken to the hospital. "It just hit a dude in the face!" one commentator could be heard saying when the drone crashed.

I think they need to codify what exactly a drone is and isn't. A model quad-copter with a camera is not exactly a drone. Neither would your typical RC hobby aircraft be a drone, although they can do alot of the same things.
