No racist, but Why are poor neighborhoods filled with black people?

I'm not racist or anything. I actually have two black friends.

But I look at Detroit, and look at other really poor cities and it's always filled with black people. I'm not trying to say Black people are uneducated and Stupid at the same time because I know there are smart black people out there..But there must be some sort of explanation as to why Black People on average are generally the lowest in terms of Financial contribution to the US. Most welfare etc..

No racist, But When I watch soccer or Hockey..The Players are usually very articulate during interviews. When I watch Basketball with a nigga getting interviewed, It's a totally different thing.

I'm not trolling. Black people are very rare around this area and the only ones I know are african Blacks and they're the most decent of peeps I know. I'm talking about Black americans and why exactly are they poorer than other races in america.

De-segregation just happened 50 years ago. The whites have had a few hundred years head start in this country. The older generation of blacks are somewhat lazy. The ones i know lol but the younger generation that i see these days are hungry and educated. Just my own life analysis
