I actually wholeheartedly agree. For a place that's supposed to have roast beef as their signature that shit's real hit or miss. From restaurant to restaurant, hell even from day to day at the same place, it can be all over the place quality wise, but their chicken and turkey sandwiches are pretty good by fast food standards.

I've heard good things about those sandwiches but never tried one. I haven't been to Arby's in a couple of years at least but the chicken salad they had was superb; it was more like a Waldorf salad with chicken, real crunchy with lots of crispy celery, nuts, apples and grapes. I think I'll go by this week and see if they still have it :)
