Now that he doesn't have to carry a bunch of has-been, tbh... proverbial #2 seed?

4th-5th seed imo
Michael Jordan.

Well they won't win the division, so I'd say 5th or 6th seed

I have them as a top 3 seed along with SA and OKC. They're better than Clips, Dubs, Grizz in my eyes

I dunno you seem to sell them short tbh
Harden is a clever dude, he became kind of a chucker last season because he had no option. He had no issue to defer to Durant, I believe he will clever enough to play on Howard's strenghts and take over when needed. During RS Howard is not the liability he is in POs, opponents usually don't hack a howard during RS.
I see them better than Clips with Spurs (if Duncan is still capable to play at high level), OKC
Houston was going to be fairly dangerous with Howard. I'll be a skeptic of any team that starts Dwight Howard until I'm proven wrong. The guy has the mindset of a 12 year old girl and unless he learns to be a man, he'll bring down any team he's on.

They're already the West Champions.

ok, you say that, but take any NBA team, add Dwight Howard, and they'll improve.

I didn't see Howard bringing down Orlando tbh
Also even if he had a tough start with the lakeshow, his second part of the season has been solid, not totally his fault Pringles and Kirby didn't know how to use him

True, and I'm sure he always does improve a team to a certain degree so I guess its wrong of me to say he, by himself, is bringing a team down, but I just think the guy acts so damn juvenile and can be more of a hinderance at times than anything else.

5th seed, 2nd round.... lack of chemistry and mediocre coaching will be their downfall, tbh....

2011-2012 Los Angeles Clippers

Harden - Howard isn't significantly better than Paul - Blake, if even better at all. I believe the Houston Rockets will need a significant addition to make use of Howard's diminishing prime. As it stands, they are a good team with no direction - identical to the Clippers in this respect.

If that doughnut montejunas guy can actually contribute in any way whatsoever Houston looks more legit. the power forward spot is a clear weakness there, which is why they are desperate enough to even discuss Dwight at the 4

If they can manage to snag a decent PF with a good midrange game or a stretch 4 I think they'll be pretty scary, until then I have them 4th behind SA, OKC, and LAC

Lakers were much more shitty in 2013 than the previous year imo

I would say 2015 is what the Rockets are aiming for.

I would say 4-5th seed imho, most likely 4th, they need some time to gel, if they do, that team could be dangerous.

3-4 seed, tbh. A dark horse for the Finals, would match up well with the Heat if D12 is back to his 20-14 days, tbh.
