On teams that knew how to use him. Look at how effective he was on the championship team, and how he helped other teams he played on. I don't know why he was marginalized into a really shitty off the bench type psycho, but he was a good player at one time. I still think he's just not been utilized how he should be, and a lot of that is for reasons no one here really understands.

I think dude would've easily got a max but for the 04' brawl in Auburn Palace tbh. He was a defensive specialist combined with all-star level offensive game, too bad the lack of composure has always been hampering his career. If I remember correct he was one of the few players outside of PF/Cs to have won the defensive player of the year award in the modern era imho.

I blame Kobe for Artest's shortcomings tbh.

In fact Kobe is the root of all that is wrong with that team and the Lakers will never contend again until that selfish rapist piece of shit chucker retires.
