What I don't get is how the guys in Pink Floyd even knew about him. He's one of the more obscure blues cats. Recorded but three records in 1938.

Pink Anderson first recorded in 1927. He had two records, he would however record again in the 60's as an old dude.

Actually I own a dozen or so books on the blues and over a 1000 blues CD's most with liner notes.

What we all know about this internet world is everyone must....MUST...hassle anyone who says they know something. I'm the real deal amigo, got into them blues after reading about Elvis and how he was influensed by Big Boy Crudup, and how Dylan was into Blind Willie McTell and how the Rolling Stones got that name from an old Muddy Waters tune. I started thinking...who are those guys? Well I found out.

How Barrett found those records by Anderson/Council is what I'm talking about, very very rare.
