Repugs concentrate on, specialized non-stop lying.
Repugs are 100% for forced ultrasound, aka political rape, Repugs up women's vaginas, but then LIE that ACA will force vaginal and anal rapes on young people who buy health insurance.
btw, the guy who ran the forced ultrasound/Repug-political-rape propaganda is the same guy now running these ACA-rapes-young-people ads.

If the GOP thinks the Affordable Care Act is so bad then why not let it go into full effect without trying to restrict it's funding and let the Dems pay the political price? ....Or reep the political benefits......

There you go....the GOP doesn't want the AAC to go into full effect because it will lower normal people's premiums at the cost of their GOP political donors...

Repugs KNOW ACA will succeed in those states that implement it, just like Romneycare works in MA.
Repugs, VRWC just want to deny the Dems any victory, to deny that govt can do anything positive ... for the 99%.
It's very simple: their shtick is that the ONLY centers of power MUST be the 1%, the capitalists, the financial sector, the mega-corps, so the govt as a center of (countervailing) power FOR THE PEOPLE is to be denigrated non stop (mission accomplished), weakened, captured FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSES (mission accomplished).
