Obviously Jerry. I always wondered since I was a kid what the Lakers org would be like without him, many people said we'd be fucked without him since 93-94 days. They were spot on.

As for Dwight, I was a huge Dwight to LA fan since 2009. I was even willing to see Gasol and Bynum go for him. He brought out the worst in everyone and it wasn't entirely his fault. Kobe exposed that he is not a leader without Phil and Fisher, Jim proved he's clueless on how to run the organization, and as for Dwight....honestly the guy is a beast on defense but his offense was horrible.

Still wish him the best in Houston, no reason to hate on the guy for making a better decision for his career. Though, I can confidently say he wont be winning anything anytime soon. To his defense, if somehow he ended up in OKC or Indiana I'd think he'd be due for a ring, but the Rockets of today are 2nd round at best WCF losers.

gotta give Jerry a ton of credit. people on here and elsewhere always said LA would attract anyone. "Hey look, you get to shoot hoops with Rob Schneider watching. Imagine chillaxing with the cast of Beverly Hills 90210...no the second iteration". "Imagine all the coke and whores possible". "We got beaches and In n Out burger....and Rob Schneider..."

truth is Jerry was a lot more instrumental in creating a culture players wanted to go to. Riley deserves a lot of credit for doing the same with Miami.
