I've been hearing some things in my circle that Myck Kabongo has been invited to the Spurs training camp to compete for a roster spot. I don't have much on the guy (mainly, because I haven't been in direct contact with any scouts that followed him specifically), but he averaged 14+ ppg in 11 games his final year at Texas. My only concern is that he's undersized and that he'd get bullied by some of the bigger point guards. Hopefully, he put on some size.
Also, citing multiple sources, the Spurs have expressed interest in Josh Howard, a one-time All-Start with the Mavericks. He's coming off an injury, so we don't know what his condition is like.
