Being angry at someone who'sdone nothing to you

So yesterday I'm trying to lift some weights in the weight room when I glance around the room and I see somebody I don't like. This guy, I've never met before, but his face just pissed me off to no end. Seriously. I just wanted to badly disfigure it. I tried to play it off but the rest of my workout I had visions of taking a baseball bat and continually bashing his brains out, squishing them, and using the juices as disinfectant to wipe down the bench after I was done. I was always scanning the room to find his whereabouts. There was another time I saw him doing skullcrushers. This was appropriate because I had visions of dropping a 100 pound dumbbell on his skull to relieve my anger. One time he came close to me to grab a dumbbell and my fists literally clenched and I was very close to just knocking him out cold. Finally, when he left was order restored.

Has anyone else felt this way?

Yesterday while i was attending a class a bitch sat next to me which annoyed me and kind of pissed me off. Bitch smelt like a rotten soap and looked rather gross too. I didn't exchange even a single word with that bitch like I usually did with other classmates. There were still some empty seats in the front rows so what the hell was in bitch's mind that made her sit right next to a strange fucking dude? it turned out almost a two-hour long torture to me, tbh. But why didn't I move? No, I couldn't because it would otherwise possibily cause offense to that bitch. I'm a kind person and I have to always behave in good manners despite the raving in my head.
