Ventura is a nut on a lot of things but he's right about Democrats and Republicans. Americans could simply just vote them out and the GOP and Democratic Party would end. Americans won't do that because most are too stubborn and proud to go out of their comfort zone when it comes to voting.

Not voting doesn't work. There are very few if any alternatives in any election. I know because I never vote major party. While I agree that we're lazy at the electorate, I do not agree that there is anything simple about unentrenching the two party system.
