Pats expected him back as early as week 3. When he was taken off the PUP, that sent a very clear message they assumed he'd be back before week 6. Now his week 6 status is up in the air and there is talk that his arm hasn't even healed so it could be even longer.

And yeah dumbshit everybody knew he was out, otherwise he would have been picked a lot higher than he was. It's the duration of his absence that's the problem

Yes these guys are athletes with great medical care but theyre still human and everyone doesnt bounce back quick, or have the incentive to possibly shorten their career for a season anyway. Besides. Everyone know that Gronk does not take care of himself. He got a infection in the
metal plates in his arm. They said that the bacteria leaves a film on the
plates that the antibiotics wont kill. Out came the plates and new ones had to go in.
More recovery delays from the original surgery. He also had a procedure done
on his back last summer. What was that all about.
I need that big dope back in the line up as I have Tom Brady as QB in one of my
fantasy leagues.
