Only if Manu blows out his ankle again and we let someone less turnover prone step up. Maybe we can coax Kenny Smith and his bad knees out of the studio for a run.

Remember when timvp said the Spurs would've won #5 if Manu were dead? Brilliant, and true.:lol

Was he talking about 2006? Because if he gets hit by a Mack truck right after that Detroit series the Spurs are celebrating #6 in South Beach tbh.

However, the bigger takeaway is a peak age range rather than a single number. Here are the percentage of players in my database (minimum 250 minutes played in consecutive seasons from 1979-80 through last year) who improved the following season, based on their age in the current year:

Age Imp N
20 .69 59
21 .58 112
22 .70 254
23 .60 630
24 .55 797
25 .52 791
26 .52 782
27 .44 714
28 .43 670
29 .41 588
30 .38 543
31 .38 461
32 .39 362
33 .33 273
34 .34 205
35 .41 135
36 .25 88
37 .30 56

I know its only pre-season, but did anybody see the heat/wizards game last night? Man D-wade looked old. Lebron looked tired. They were getting outworked. They got blown out. Like i said pre-season, but when you have their big 3 playing 20-25 minutes, it's inexcusable really.

Sup Horse? Do you still take your breaks at Dunkin Donuts, gathering honey glaze to use for your massage clients?

If Lebron is found dead and sprinklings from powdered donuts are left on the scene, OP may want to head to Mexico, i'm just saying....

that is sad to think about. Hopefully he doesn't fuck this season up. I know from a big picture perspective, we need him to convert pesos into dollars.

I'm not saying we can't or won't. I just meant would the experts put us there. We proved we were the better team last year. With a little anger to motivate, we sure as hell could get it done this year. If miami even makes the finals.

Timmy, Manu, Tony, and the newcomer Kawhi, The Big Four!
Some people on here must have missed primer arithmetic and can't count.
No wonder there is so much ignorance plaguing this site!

The Big Four was with Bruce and Manu Prime. Those days are over. The Big Three is all we have, subtracting Manu and adding Leonard. Manu is through.

They will be coining the Big Four a lot this year. That is my prediction. I have a pretty good batting average so far.

Everywhere I've seen predictions, the spurs are around 5-8. So, no, killing LeBron wouldn't make them favorites.
