It's true -- Katie Holmes is dating Jamie Foxx!


A source tells Access Hollywood that Katie, 34, is seeing Jamie, 45.


Speculation about the pair being an item first began after the Katie and Jamie were photographed together at a charity event in The Hamptons in late August. At the time, a rep for the actress said they were "just friends."


At the event, they were spotted dancing together to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines."

According to In Touch (http://www.intouchweekly.com/stars/news/katie-holmes-jamie-foxx-dating), Katie was seen leaving Jamie's New York City hotel and took a car service to her Chelsea apartment.
