TPark, it's a small chance that the feds will pick up your IP adress out of millions and it's not something they're constantly doing. Maybe once a month they'll shut down a site or fine somone.

The Feds can't really bust people who download things because they can't proove you don't have the license to material your downloading. For music, anyhow. I don't usually do bootlegged movies, the quality just pisses me off.
