Prince Bandar Bush Bin Satan is furious at the US and has even rejected their UN security council seat. Bandar Bush and the rest of the Saudis want blood in Syria and their usual Globocop, the US is failing to perform for them. They are not only kicking and screaming but also arming themselves and also looking for more mercenaries, weapons and a path to a nuclear bomb to guard their precious oil fields. The US is not key to their equations anymore. They want to keep rule over the middle east oil or will run rivers of jihadi blood everywhere including in Europe and the US. Not to mention the Saudis have already taken ownership of Egypt and it's massive and brutal army, as they are now the biggest bankrollers of the Egyptian Mercenary Army.

Riyadh is allied with Tel Aviv on setting Syria on fire. That implies no effort to include nuclear power Israel in a weapons-free Middle East. As for the Saudi version of R2P, it only applies to a sectarian "protection" of Sunnis in Syria.

No wonder the House of Saud's unprecedented self-beheading move was praised only by the usual minion suspects; petro-monarchies of the Gulf Counter-revolution Club, aka Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) as well as Egypt, who now depends on Saudi money to pay its bills and barely survive.

The perennial Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Saud al-Faisal had lunch with US Secretary of State John Kerry at the Prince's very private luxury digs in Paris this Monday. The mystery is which kafir fluid was consumed; no doubts though in the official, harmless spin; they agreed on a nuclear-free Iran, an end to the war in Syria and a "stable" Egypt. Before the Paris bash, during the weekend, Bandar Bush was already in his trademark full gear, openly announcing to European diplomats in Riyadh that he will buy his Syria-bound weapons somewhere else, will dissociate his scheme from the CIA, and will train "his" rebels with other players, mostly France and Jordan.

while Saudis kick and scream and make even better friends with Israel and Egypt's Mercenary Army,

U.S. has overtaken Saudi Arabia to become the world's biggest oil producer on jump in output from shale

It was the latest milestone for the US oil sector caused by the shale revolution, which has upended global oil trade. While still the largest consumer of fuel, the rise of cheap crude available to domestic refiners has turned the United States into a significant exporter of gasoline and distillate fuels.

looks like Saudis are being left in the sandy dunes by their Globocop and friend the US. :lol

who will they turn to? what will they do? Yes, more Israel-Saudi operations, more intervention by brute force in Egypt and some jihad here and there. And if all fails, and Saudi oil fields see some pressure from protesters, there will be rivers of blood at the hands of Saudis and their jihadi mercenaries and barbarians.

Just another day at the office

Rape victim sentenced 200 lashes by Saudi court

When the defense attorney for a raped Saudi Arabian woman appealed a Sharia Court decision that the 90-lash sentence against his client was unjust, all that was succeeded was the more than doubling of the punishment meted out to the woman who was raped and beaten by seven men, as reported by the women’s rights-centered news portal The Clarion Project on Sept. 22, 2013.

A yet to be publiclly identified female gang rape victim was initially found guilty and sentenced to 90 lashes for violating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's (KSA) rigid Islamic law on segregation of the sexes.

The victim’s lawyer Abdul Rahman al-Lahem had plead to the international community for help in freeing his client or at least pressuring the Saudi government to grant an appeal.

And an appeal he got -- along with an increase in sentence from 90 lashes to 200 along with a six month prison sentence tacked on for good measure.

Abdul Rahman al-Lahem has since banned him from further defending the woman, the KSA has confiscated his law license and summoning him to a disciplinary hearing later this month.
