OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut has a fractured rib that could keep him out for the start of the playoffs.

Warriors coach Mark Jackson said Monday night that an X-ray revealed the fractured rib. Jackson said Bogut is out "indefinitely" and there is no timetable for his return.

Bogut left Sunday's overtime loss at Portland in the fourth quarter with the injury. Backup center Jermaine O'Neal was starting in Bogut's place Monday night against Minnesota.

Jackson also said he also could slide power forward David Lee to center if needed. Last year's backup center, Festus Ezeli, has been out all season recovering from right knee surgery.

Jackson says Ezeli is still rehabbing and is "day to day."

I saw this happen in last night's game... I was wondering if it was serious. Thanks for the update :tu
