Also, Peyton giving up the ball considerably more in the past few weeks and taking hits more so than he was at the beginning of the year has to alarm Bronco fans. I know I would rather see a healthy Peyton than a hurt one for the season because he is playing lights out for the most part.

This was one of the worst and most conservative games he has ever played, tbh..

All he did was throw check downs to Moreno all game, his longer throws were uncharacteristically wobbly, he didn't change any calls at the line of scrimmage(kept running Moreno draws on 2nd down), had a horrible fumble at the 1 yard line, etc..

there have been plenty of excuses. also, Manning's greatness and ability to throw the ball within 2.5 seconds is incredible. he has had mediocre tackles even back in his Indianapolis days. also helps having welker/thomas/decker to get rid of the ball to quick.

That would be expected with veteran QBs but could Manning do that though? He wouldn't be nowhere near as successful if he had a shaky o-line.
