I keep reading all this unwarranted praise being thrown this mammas boy way. Enough with all the hype of this career loser on every level. He and Jim should see a support group since Iversons wife loves hanging out with fags and Jim's wife love haning out with illegal aliens. Zeke was the best little man this game has ever seen. Iverson was nothing but a loser with a poor shooting percentage. Get the fuck outta here.

Pakistani victims of US drone attack to appear before Congress, despite setbacks

A Pakistani school teacher and his children will be the first drone victims to testify before Congress on Tuesday, October 29. Their lawyer, however, has been prevented from entering the US.

Last October, Rafiq ur Rehman was out visiting his sister when a drone missile struck near his home, killing his mother, Momina Bibi, 67, and injuring his three children.

Rehman, a primary school teacher in North Waziristan, will speak to Congress about his experience on Tuesday, as will two of his children: Nabeela, age 9, and Zubair, age 13.

Congrats to the OP's family for finally making it into America, tbh... :tu

he may not have won...but in my eyes he was a real nigga...and I for one respected his game...you must have never seen him play in person...I was in Philly back in 2002 for several weeks and I took in a 6er game...he was as good as advertised....I've always respected him especially given the fact there was a league wide conspiracy to cheat against him because of his swagger...

Ok... I'll bite. He was a career chucker with no aspirations of winning. There was no improvement in his game from his rookie season until his pathetic demise. Horrible teammate with a pissy attitude. In what should have been the tail of his prime he landed in Denver with a stacked team and fucked up the chemistry there. They were happy to see him go. Perfect example of an asshole that took his career for granted. He gets no love from me.

No I didn't see him play in person. Would that have increased his shooting percentage? Or maybe improve his attitude? I've seen hundreds of NBA games in person and they look the same when on tv.

he wasn't the purest of shooters but in his prime he was a good as anyone else. I won't cast judgements...his Philly led teams were pretty fucking pathetic...he was asked to do too much on offense and he never had a reliable 2nd scoring option in Philly...never...by the time he got to Denver he was done...he did nothing to Denver that wasn't already done...they were perennial underachievers he did nothing to change that...blame it on coaching not A.I....sure he's from the hood but I love his story just as much as I appreciate Kobe's....A.I had a tougher row to tow than Kobe... in fact I used to tell people if you want to be as good as A.I you have to work as hard as Kobe... A.I is no bigger an asshole than most...he was an uneducated hoodlum but from where I sit watching him develop over the years he had a good heart...and I saw it in a lot of what he did for his community...in fact when Pat Croce's brother stole 5 grand from his locker while he was playing a game..A.I refused to file charges...that's just the kind of person he was...

I won't disparage him now that he's down (self-inflicted)...personally I hope things change for him...

On a pure talent level and on athletic ability, iverson was unreal. One of the top highschool football and basketball prospects. I saw him play in 1995 at the regional in the ncaa tourney in bham, alabama. The four teams were an nba loaded unc team and kentucky team. Arizona state was their as well. Iverson wasso quick it was like he was a shapeshifter. Never seen such a quick and explosive athlete in my life in any sport. He pulled a baseline dunk on rasheed that was the most impressive thing i have ever witnessed.

Allen had such a shitty work ethic and attitude that at the college level was about his ceiling. He never attempted to improve his game or anything. He fell off a cliff as soon as he lost his athletic edge. Fuck ai. If he had the work ethic of an average nba player, he might have been the best of all time. Sadly,

I agree...I've never seen that kind of speed...it's the same reason I pick him over Westbrook...I just don't see WB leading a Philly team with no help...I don't see WB as an effective #1 option like A.I was...it's a total different mindset....tbh

Westbrook is a glorified scrub. AI was light years better than Westrook on every level. AI had a shitty attitude, which is why he was black balled out of the league.
